GBOvercharged and Unfulfilled: A Disappointing Experience with Hop2 I recently booked a flight from Houston to Izmir through Hop2 and decided to upgrade to a preferred seat for an additional $88. However, upon checking Lufthansa’s own website, I discovered that the same seat was available for only $66. Not only was the seat still open for purchase, but it also became clear that Hop2 had not finalized my reservation. This experience has shown a lack of transparency and overcharging by Hop2, leading me to question their reliability and honesty. It’s crucial to trust your travel provider, and unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Hop2 as a trustworthy option.

The only thing is the price may change after you made your booking. So they inform you about it and take your confirmation before charging. It will be good if the system works alive with the airline systems so you dont have any surprise.

GBI just want to say that Malik’s service… I just want to say that Malik’s service is AMAZING! He worked with me for more than an hr and kept searching flights for me. He explained all the options to me in detailed. I even made a mistake booking my flight and I panicked that I will lose my money but Malik was able to resolve my issue. I am really satisfied with his service and cant Thank him enough.

GBThey fixed a second airliner ( Iberia ) denied tickets. Now Happy and can sleep. Good god. Hop2 customer service changed & confirmed my family tickets denied by a second airliner (Iberia) ,originally bought, claiming that 5 hours stop over is not enough to change a flight, The flight is 5 months away from today. Thank you for changing my flight without extra payment with a better flight. Anyway, today I can sleep without stress. Things happen as they say.
