However, when I looked at the booking sites, it showed the most affordable price, but the most important thing was that the customer score was very high. Now I understand why it is high. I made a mistake while planning my flight and that's how I bought my ticket. Despite this, customer representative Greyson understood the situation and took care of it immediately. He managed the process step by step and eventually did many of the procedures on my behalf. GBOvercharged and Unfulfilled: A Disappointing Experience with Hop2 I recently booked a flight from Houston to Izmir through Hop2 and decided to upgrade to a preferred seat for an additional $88. However, upon checking Lufthansa’s own website, I discovered that the same seat was available for only $66. Not only was the seat still open for purchase, but it also became clear that Hop2 had not finalized my reservation. This experience has shown a lack of transparency and overcharging by Hop2, leading me to question their reliability and honesty. It’s crucial to trust your travel provider, and unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Hop2 as a trustworthy option.

GBI just want to say that Malik’s service… I just want to say that Malik’s service is AMAZING! He worked with me for more than an hr and kept searching flights for me. He explained all the options to me in detailed. I even made a mistake booking my flight and I panicked that I will lose my money but Malik was able to resolve my issue.
