My family had an amazing time! My family had an amazing time! I was skeptical at first booking and seemed too good of a deal to be true but it turned out great. The agent who helped me explained the process - which resorts, buying & booking. We loved the resort and all the staffs were amazing. We had a great memory that’s one for the books for sure!

Had a great week at Mayan Had a great week at Mayan - Puerto Penasco. Reservations and staff customer service was excellent. Our vacation was late March , the resort was probably less than 50% full on the weekdays so all of the different dining facilities were not open - but easy to get any pool location . Room service was great and we used for about 50% of dinners - Did the timeshare presentation on a rainy day and it went well the agents were courteous and not too pushy

Our visit to the Vidanta Mayan Palace… Our visit to the Vidanta Mayan Palace was absolutely wonderful. Our vacation was relaxing, lots of fun and we met a lot of nice people. The amenities at the resort are great and the food was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back really soon.

A great way to start my vacation The lady I talked to about my reservation, flight and other details that were needed was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained everything very clearly and concisely and gave me time for questions - answering them so I knew exactly what I would be expecting. It was a great experience to deal with such a knowledgeable and friendly person.
