My husband and I used Carefree… My husband and I used Carefree Destinations for his bday trip in Rivera Maya Mexico Dec 2021 and I am so glad we did ! I spent countless hours searching the internet trying to find a Lux vacation on a modest budget. With carefree destinations my search was over! Our accommodations were top notch all the way ! I'm talking marble floors 2 balcony's fresh flowers in our room every day, jetted tub, 5 different pillows to choose from. Happy hour with amazing food and tropical drinks .The resort had so many restaurant's and activates we didn't want to leave. I will most definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future

The check in process takes a very long… The check in process takes a very long time. The time we entered the premises to getting to our room was about 2-2.5 hrs. The staff is incredible friendly! The grounds are beautiful. It is very expensive, as you can stay at just as nice places for much cheaper and all inclusive.

Booking was so easy and it was the vacation of my dreams! Booking with carefree destinations was seamless and so easy. I was nervous in booking with them since I really didn’t know If I would have to sit through a presentation or hounded by sales people once I got to my destination. This was not the case at all. I landed, was greeted with tequila shots and shuttled to my hotel. The hotel was incredible and the staff was so professional and attentive. I have traveled the world and I have never received this kind of VIP treatment. This vacation was my favorite of them all. If I could give more than five stars I would. 10/10 recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Carefree Vacation with Carefree Destinations Amazing customer service and an even better experience on vacation! The resort is simply breathtaking with the numerous pools and the gorgeous beaches. The staff was accommodating and available anytime day or night. Food was affordable and there were so many options. We will never stay at an all-inclusive resort ever again! Thank you Carefree Destinations for helping us enjoy this amazing vacay! We were on a modest budget and this saved us thousands!
