She explained everything very clearly and concisely and gave me time for questions - answering them so I knew exactly what I would be expecting. Carefree Vacation with Carefree Destinations Amazing customer service and an even better experience on vacation! The resort is simply breathtaking with the numerous pools and the gorgeous beaches. The staff was accommodating and available anytime day or night. Food was affordable and there were so many options. We will never stay at an all-inclusive resort ever again! Beautiful resort Picture perfect!! The resort was clean, rooms were cleaned and kept tidy. The pools were cleaned daily, and they're huge salt water pools. We found chairs easily at any time of day which is rare in my opinion, it was such a large resort that it never felt crowded. The food was delicious, and as a Plant Based person I was able to find food easily. The walk from the room, to the pools, bars, restaurants and the ocean is a beautiful trip through the rainforest!! You'll get your steps in! I bought this trip for my Boyfriends birthday and we ended up getting engaged on the trip, so it was a very wonderful experience!! Overall wonderful experience there, I would recomend it!

The check in process takes a very long… The check in process takes a very long time. The time we entered the premises to getting to our room was about 2-2.5 hrs. The staff is incredible friendly! The grounds are beautiful. It is very expensive, as you can stay at just as nice places for much cheaper and all inclusive.
