Easy Booking Process, Friendly Service - Most Amazing Resort Stay EVER I found this great deal on facebook and even though I initially thought it was a timeshare, I sent a request for more information. I received a call from Jeniffer who helped me plan this for my family and even offered some upgrades. We chose to stay at the Grand Mayan based on her expertise and suggestion and this was the best vacation we have had in a long time. We did not have to attend a presentation and this saved us so much money on traveling with our 4 kids. Thanks Carefree, we can't wait to do it agein.

A great way to start my vacation The lady I talked to about my reservation, flight and other details that were needed was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained everything very clearly and concisely and gave me time for questions - answering them so I knew exactly what I would be expecting. It was a great experience to deal with such a knowledgeable and friendly person.

Had a great week at Mayan Had a great week at Mayan - Puerto Penasco. Reservations and staff customer service was excellent. Our vacation was late March , the resort was probably less than 50% full on the weekdays so all of the different dining facilities were not open - but easy to get any pool location . Room service was great and we used for about 50% of dinners - Did the timeshare presentation on a rainy day and it went well the agents were courteous and not too pushy
