Mmmhhh The room we stayed in was terrible. It was not what I am use to at all. Full size beds for a family of four. There was no view of anything. I didn't have access to anything. Now I can say the one thing I liked was the food but it was wwwayyy overpriced. This is something they should explain to customers. The cost of food what types of rooms they will expect to get. Not what I signed up for at all. All that being said the resort was huge everywhere was a walk a 5 to 10 min walk at that. The customer service at this place was teerrrribbllleee. This place is not a place I would recommend to anyone of my people to stay at. That being said this made the first part of the trip terrible. I should have booked everything myself. I was not a happy person at this place. Now I can say the one thing I liked was the food but overpriced wwwayyy overpriced.

Best memories made! It was the best experience ever! My daughter and I made great memories and had a blast. The resort was beautiful and well worth every penny. Booking was so easy and it was the vacation of my dreams! Booking with carefree destinations was seamless and so easy. I was nervous in booking with them since I really didn’t know If I would have to sit through a presentation or hounded by sales people once I got to my destination. This was not the case at all. I landed, was greeted with tequila shots and shuttled to my hotel. The hotel was incredible and the staff was so professional and attentive. I have traveled the world and I have never received this kind of VIP treatment. This vacation was my favorite of them all. If I could give more than five stars I would. 10/10 recommend! You will not be disappointed.
