Great purchase experience! I got a review email right after purchase so i was apprehensive about the online purchase, thinking it was a scam site. But the great price and quick shipping was not a scam, just a specialized site. Got shipping notification the next day and received the suitcase within a few days. Love my luxury suitcase. Sorta bummed that they advertise a discount code that wouldn’t work for all purchases, but still the best deal on the market. Thanks!

Excellent Order Experience The particular case I ordered seems either very scare right now, or extremely expensive where I did find it. I was pleasently surprised to find it both in stock and very reasonably priced at L.O. The order acknowledgement, shipping duration and frequent status updates were some of the best I have experienced. The item was in expected new condition and works properly. No surprises, other than there were no surprises. Highly recommended.

support is lacking, good products Selection and pricing minus customer service. Overall yes im happy with my purchase and the price however good luck receiving customer service help. I tried to call their number dozens of times to receive an automated message that no one is available. left voicemails with no reply. 4 days later an email stating that my package was delivered,,, obviously. I would just be cautious if you have issues and how long customer service takes

I took a chance on Luggage Online as… I took a chance on Luggage Online as with any online store it can be hit or miss. I was searching for an Osprey Daylight backpack and they can be rather expensive. Don’t get me wrong, they are deserving of the expensive cost. Lo and behold I found the one I wanted at Luggage online and at the BEST price! I was super stoked to purchase it and I can tell you that Luggage Online is a legit website with excellent prices and the shipping is phenomenal!!! I will definitely advise family if they are looking to purchase luggage, backpacks or anything for travel to look at their website first!!! I am very happy with my experience and would rate them 100stars if I could!!!

Excellent service, shipping and product I had some challenges finding the right carry on. It was exhausting to find a soft suitcase that meets the required dimensions when packed. You really have to read the fine print. Anyway, I called and had a very fine representative help me through the process. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her credit. I had ordered another bag from them (too big) and found the service to be excellent. I was kept informed, the suitcase arrived on time and was of excellent quality - I wish it had been the dimensions I needed!
