MXThe luggage came fine The luggage came fine, but I find your site to be practically unfunctional. I wrote and attempted to chat and emailed several times, with no response. It was very frustrating, but the merchandise is fine. The site is very hard to navigate, not user friendly.

GBMy excellent experience with luggage on line was… Mt experience with luggage on line was excellent. The luggage arrived way before it was due. It appears to be an excellent piece of luggage but I won't be using it until mid september Follow Up: I was unable to go on my trip for medical reasons and I needed to return the luggage. I got in touch with them after the 30 day refund window and they very graciously extended the date for my return.

NLGreat service and expeditious delivery. Big thumbs up! By mistake I ordered a suitcase combination twice, wasn't aware of it. Half an hour later I received a phone call from Luggage Online to confirm I ordered twice. They corrected the mistake and refunded the money. A day and a half later I received my order (in the Netherlands). Very nice product ( FlightCrew 5 Rollaboard plus Tote) and great customer service!!! I'd give ten stars if possible.

GBVery pleased with the product Very pleased with the product. Lightweight yet seems very sturdy. I purchased 2 cases in the UK but am concerned they the warranty seems only valid in the USA. Can you advise.

GBExcellent service, shipping and product I had some challenges finding the right carry on. It was exhausting to find a soft suitcase that meets the required dimensions when packed. You really have to read the fine print. Anyway, I called and had a very fine representative help me through the process. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her credit. I had ordered another bag from them (too big) and found the service to be excellent. I was kept informed, the suitcase arrived on time and was of excellent quality - I wish it had been the dimensions I needed!
