Bait and switch Signed up and was offerred "Welcome15%" discount. When I tried to check-out was not applied. Tried to call customer service and got voicemail. Then got email telling me offer not applied to certain brands. Bad experience.

I was a little worried that Luggage… I was a little worried that Luggage Online's prices were too good to be true, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they are both good and true. I ordered three pieces that are all first quality and beautiful. They arrived quickly and well-packed. The selection is unbelievable. I will never buy luggage anywhere else again. Great service and expeditious delivery. Big thumbs up! By mistake I ordered a suitcase combination twice, wasn't aware of it. Half an hour later I received a phone call from Luggage Online to confirm I ordered twice. They corrected the mistake and refunded the money. A day and a half later I received my order (in the Netherlands). Very nice product ( FlightCrew 5 Rollaboard plus Tote) and great customer service!!! I'd give ten stars if possible.

Easy Transaction despite mixed online reviews After reading a number of poor reviews about this company I was hesitant about ordering through them, however, it was super smooth. Order->Pay->Easy Tracking->UPS Delivery on time. I will say I reached out to them via chat a couple times with questions and they were not very solution oriented. I also tried calling their phone and no one picked up. So customer service is mixed, but the product is ace.

Found a backpack in a rare color with a discount Had been looking for an Osprey backpack in a particular color that was missing even on Amazon. Somehow I ended up on Luggage Online where I found the pack I needed with a 20usd discount! It was delivered in like 2 days. Perfect condition. Totally recommend!
