GBTUMI Voyageur Carson Backpack Ordered the TUMI Voyageur Carson Backpack and Sierra (red) backpack. The Tumi fit my back better. I'm 5' and other backpacks were just too long and bulky. Been eying the Tumi for about a year. With the 30% sale, it was still expensive, but seeing that Tumi is "best in class", I believe it will pay for itself in the long run. The bag is stylish, light weight, and I can fit my 12" laptop with no issues. The Tumi has many compartments and pockets for my electronics, and everyday stuff. Overall, I'm satisfied.

GBEasy Transaction despite mixed online reviews After reading a number of poor reviews about this company I was hesitant about ordering through them, however, it was super smooth. Order->Pay->Easy Tracking->UPS Delivery on time. I will say I reached out to them via chat a couple times with questions and they were not very solution oriented. I also tried calling their phone and no one picked up. So customer service is mixed, but the product is ace.

GBI was a little worried that Luggage… I was a little worried that Luggage Online's prices were too good to be true, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they are both good and true. I ordered three pieces that are all first quality and beautiful. They arrived quickly and well-packed. The selection is unbelievable. I will never buy luggage anywhere else again. Thank you Luggage Online!

GBHappy Customer! WOW! I called to determine if the Washington holiday discount was still in effect on the Nonstop brand 3 piece set with packing cubes and powerpak. It was! Not only was the rep who took my call helpful, the price was affordable, the shipment arrived within days and the product is everything I hoped for. Very happy customer!

GBGreat Company We used Luggage Forward for the forth time to deliver our luggage to a cruise port this past week. I cannot praise the service and timely pickup and delivery enough. I spread the good work of Luggage Forward everywhere. They allow my husband and I to continue traveling even though we are in our middle 80’s.
