I took a chance on Luggage Online as… I took a chance on Luggage Online as with any online store it can be hit or miss. I was searching for an Osprey Daylight backpack and they can be rather expensive. Don’t get me wrong, they are deserving of the expensive cost. Lo and behold I found the one I wanted at Luggage online and at the BEST price! I was super stoked to purchase it and I can tell you that Luggage Online is a legit website with excellent prices and the shipping is phenomenal!!! I will definitely advise family if they are looking to purchase luggage, backpacks or anything for travel to look at their website first!!! I am very happy with my experience and would rate them 100stars if I could!!!

My excellent experience with luggage on line was… Mt experience with luggage on line was excellent. The luggage arrived way before it was due. It appears to be an excellent piece of luggage but I won't be using it until mid september Follow Up: I was unable to go on my trip for medical reasons and I needed to return the luggage. I got in touch with them after the 30 day refund window and they very graciously extended the date for my return.

The luggage came fine The luggage came fine, but I find your site to be practically unfunctional. I wrote and attempted to chat and emailed several times, with no response. It was very frustrating, but the merchandise is fine. The site is very hard to navigate, not user friendly.

Great Company We used Luggage Forward for the forth time to deliver our luggage to a cruise port this past week. I cannot praise the service and timely pickup and delivery enough. I spread the good work of Luggage Forward everywhere. They allow my husband and I to continue traveling even though we are in our middle 80’s.

Great service and expeditious delivery. Big thumbs up! By mistake I ordered a suitcase combination twice, wasn't aware of it. Half an hour later I received a phone call from Luggage Online to confirm I ordered twice. They corrected the mistake and refunded the money. A day and a half later I received my order (in the Netherlands). Very nice product ( FlightCrew 5 Rollaboard plus Tote) and great customer service!!! I'd give ten stars if possible.
