Great purchase experience! I got a review email right after purchase so i was apprehensive about the online purchase, thinking it was a scam site. But the great price and quick shipping was not a scam, just a specialized site. Got shipping notification the next day and received the suitcase within a few days. Love my luxury suitcase. Sorta bummed that they advertise a discount code that wouldn’t work for all purchases, but still the best deal on the market. Thanks!

The luggage came fine The luggage came fine, but I find your site to be practically unfunctional. I wrote and attempted to chat and emailed several times, with no response. It was very frustrating, but the merchandise is fine. The site is very hard to navigate, not user friendly.

I tried to call their number dozens of times to receive an automated message that no one is available. left voicemails with no reply. 4 days later an email stating that my package was delivered,,, obviously. I would just be cautious if you have issues and how long customer service takes

Pleased with Everything I was searching for an It Luggage carry on for under $50, and Luggage Online is where I found it. I first saw it offered by Luggage Online on the Walmart site; I then went to the Luggage Online website to check them out, and there was a 20% off promotion there! I generally use the largest online sellers, so I was a bit hesitant on this, but the experience was absolutely as good if not better. The suitcase is just what I was after. A good transaction.
