Great Experience! I was looking for a particular Tumi briefcase on Tumi.com but they’ve been sold out for 2 months. I also called several Tumi stores who don’t carry the product. With Fathers Day approaching I was desperate and decided to Google the briefcase. Luggage Online appeared showing they had the briefcase in stock, I read the website reviews which were mixed however decided to take a chance. My excellent experience with luggage on line was… Mt experience with luggage on line was excellent. The luggage arrived way before it was due. It appears to be an excellent piece of luggage but I won't be using it until mid september Follow Up: I was unable to go on my trip for medical reasons and I needed to return the luggage. I got in touch with them after the 30 day refund window and they very graciously extended the date for my return.

Great Company We used Luggage Forward for the forth time to deliver our luggage to a cruise port this past week. I cannot praise the service and timely pickup and delivery enough. I spread the good work of Luggage Forward everywhere. They allow my husband and I to continue traveling even though we are in our middle 80’s.

Pleased with Everything I was searching for an It Luggage carry on for under $50, and Luggage Online is where I found it. I first saw it offered by Luggage Online on the Walmart site; I then went to the Luggage Online website to check them out, and there was a 20% off promotion there! I generally use the largest online sellers, so I was a bit hesitant on this, but the experience was absolutely as good if not better. The suitcase is just what I was after. A good transaction.
