Bait and switch Signed up and was offerred "Welcome15%" discount. When I tried to check-out was not applied. Tried to call customer service and got voicemail. Then got email telling me offer not applied to certain brands. Bad experience.

I tried to call their number dozens of times to receive an automated message that no one is available. left voicemails with no reply. 4 days later an email stating that my package was delivered,,, obviously. Pleased with Everything I was searching for an It Luggage carry on for under $50, and Luggage Online is where I found it. I first saw it offered by Luggage Online on the Walmart site; I then went to the Luggage Online website to check them out, and there was a 20% off promotion there! I generally use the largest online sellers, so I was a bit hesitant on this, but the experience was absolutely as good if not better. The suitcase is just what I was after. A good transaction.

Easy Transaction despite mixed online reviews After reading a number of poor reviews about this company I was hesitant about ordering through them, however, it was super smooth. Order->Pay->Easy Tracking->UPS Delivery on time. I will say I reached out to them via chat a couple times with questions and they were not very solution oriented. I also tried calling their phone and no one picked up. So customer service is mixed, but the product is ace.
