Everything went well except the web… Everything went well except the web site says that there is a shuttle to the airport and on the emailed confirmation it states there is no shuttle. Of course I miss the statement on the email and when I arrived to my drop off location I was surprised that I would have to get my own ride to the airport. I had enough time to get an Uber and make my flight but I think, that snafu on the web should be corrected.

Parking near airport for trip I searched for areas to park near aiport I am flying from. Easy website, easy to view different options and quick reservation. I have not actually parked the car yet but the reservation process online was easy.

Found a great new parking facility Everything was awesome. Service, ease of parking, proximity to airport, drive time to terminal. Only flaw was the seat spring in the van was worn out, and my wife's back spasmed badly from spinal compressions due to the bumps in the road.

Great service for a reasonable price We used Globe Parking to get us to the airport and picked us up when we returned at 1am. Very nice and we didn't have a wait going. Coming home we had to wait for additional passengers but it wasn't too long. I will definitely use them again.

Multiple problems .... Wrong address listed for credit card. Very difficult to find phone number. Office closed at night although website said available 24/7. Website didn’t work for online cancellation. Very difficult to cancel. Charged full amount at time reservation was made instead of initially charging only a small percentage with remainder charged at time of checkout from parking lot, as is done on parking lot website.
