GBParking Panic We thot my son had completed parking n… We thot my son had completed parking n 1-nite stay, but I, the lil’ ol’ non-techno lady, got an email saying oooops, u didn’t finish- u have 24 hrs. I texted #1 Son who said “Nah, everything’s ok”, but… I tried using the link, but I couldn’t make any sense of it. PANIC BUTTON! Then I saw a phone number and Corey at the front desk very kindly and gently transferred me to Cheryl in the parking office. Cheryl was amazing! She told me I wasn’t technologically disabled, I shouldn’t say that, she had such a great laugh, she put me at ease, and she walked me through the link and now my darling n I have one night at the Radisson and six nights of parking. Thank you for being so kind and warm and helpful. Such a relief, I tell ya!

ZAParking near airport for trip I searched for areas to park near aiport I am flying from. Easy website, easy to view different options and quick reservation. I have not actually parked the car yet but the reservation process online was easy.

GBEverything went well except the web… Everything went well except the web site says that there is a shuttle to the airport and on the emailed confirmation it states there is no shuttle. Of course I miss the statement on the email and when I arrived to my drop off location I was surprised that I would have to get my own ride to the airport. I had enough time to get an Uber and make my flight but I think, that snafu on the web should be corrected.

GBShuttle Companies are the worst. None of the shuttle rides in my reservations were successful. My initial reservation process was simple which is where they get 1 star, but their shuttle partners were so bad that I ended up needing to rely on Lyft anyway. For both pickups, the shuttles were over 30 minutes late, and they had 0 communication except for a useless automated phone number. Worst is since I was going to be late and needed my own Lyft to make it to my flight the shuttle company marked me as a no-show once they eventually got there, so Parking Access is fighting me for a refund. Definitely will never be using this service again. Update: they did end up processing the refund. Generally their customer service is nice. Adjusted rating +1

GBPicked up in less than 5 minutes and… Picked up in less than 5 minutes and driven to the Southwest departure door in less than 10 minutes. So much more convenient that parking at the airport and walking
