Did the job without any troubles Cheapest place around, not covered parking, but that's not a problem for us. Just a few minutes from the airport and the shuttle arrived pretty quickly. Payment, drop off, and pick up were smooth. There were seven of us and it's a good thing it was an eight-seater mini-van, because I didn't see a way to let them know how many seats you need, or if you need a car seat or booster seat.

Found a great new parking facility Everything was awesome. Service, ease of parking, proximity to airport, drive time to terminal. Only flaw was the seat spring in the van was worn out, and my wife's back spasmed badly from spinal compressions due to the bumps in the road.

Picked up in less than 5 minutes and… Picked up in less than 5 minutes and driven to the Southwest departure door in less than 10 minutes. So much more convenient that parking at the airport and walking

Multiple problems .... Wrong address listed for credit card. Very difficult to find phone number. Office closed at night although website said available 24/7. Website didn’t work for online cancellation. Very difficult to cancel. Charged full amount at time reservation was made instead of initially charging only a small percentage with remainder charged at time of checkout from parking lot, as is done on parking lot website.

Shuttle Companies are the worst. None of the shuttle rides in my reservations were successful. My initial reservation process was simple which is where they get 1 star, but their shuttle partners were so bad that I ended up needing to rely on Lyft anyway. For both pickups, the shuttles were over 30 minutes late, and they had 0 communication except for a useless automated phone number. Worst is since I was going to be late and needed my own Lyft to make it to my flight the shuttle company marked me as a no-show once they eventually got there, so Parking Access is fighting me for a refund. Definitely will never be using this service again. Update: they did end up processing the refund. Generally their customer service is nice. Adjusted rating +1
