They scored poorly... The process is such, you pay for the parking spot, the ride to the airport, and the return ride back from the airport. HOWEVER, if any of those process pieces fail, Parking Access will take Zero Responsibility for failure, but will assume all responsibility for it's success. They failed to pick me up from the airport, and I had to Uber to my spot after waiting for 35 plus minutes at the designated Courtesy Van location. The Double Tree Hotel took zero responsibility as well. I wasn't even requesting a full refund, just half, heck or reimburse my Uber ride. As a result, they failed to obtain more than 2 stars from me.

Super Seemless Experience! What a fantastic experience this was! We drove in, were directed to a spot to park and the shuttle was waiting for us before we even got all our stuff out of the car! The return was as easy and seemless!

Very happy with this service. I was very, very pleased to find a parking area with a shuttle. The Best Western staff were excellent. They were polite and kept a book that I accidentally left when first parking , tagged it and gave it back to me upon my return. Very professional.

Everything went well except the web… Everything went well except the web site says that there is a shuttle to the airport and on the emailed confirmation it states there is no shuttle. Of course I miss the statement on the email and when I arrived to my drop off location I was surprised that I would have to get my own ride to the airport. I had enough time to get an Uber and make my flight but I think, that snafu on the web should be corrected.

Easy Online Reservations. Just reserved a spot for an upcoming trip out of BNA and it couldn't have been easier or more convenient. It's a great stress-reliever to know we won't have to be searching for parking at the airport or paying the higher prices for long term parking. Good so far! I'll update on my return trip.
