GBThey scored poorly... The process is such, you pay for the parking spot, the ride to the airport, and the return ride back from the airport. HOWEVER, if any of those process pieces fail, Parking Access will take Zero Responsibility for failure, but will assume all responsibility for it's success. They failed to pick me up from the airport, and I had to Uber to my spot after waiting for 35 plus minutes at the designated Courtesy Van location. The Double Tree Hotel took zero responsibility as well. I wasn't even requesting a full refund, just half, heck or reimburse my Uber ride. As a result, they failed to obtain more than 2 stars from me.

GBThe best parking service for Ft… The best parking service for Ft Lauderdale cruises. Easy to find location. Very convenient drop off luggage procedure and parking. Parking staff load and unload your heavy luggage for you from your vehicle to the shuttle bus back storage area and unload at the port and the same when you return. (No self lifting your suitcases inside the shuttle van). The bright Orange Shuttle Vans are easy to identify upon your return at the Port Terminal. The vans run often and the wait time is minimal. The online reservation website was easy to reserve and pay. We will use again.

GBMultiple problems .... Wrong address listed for credit card. Very difficult to find phone number. Office closed at night although website said available 24/7. Website didn’t work for online cancellation. Very difficult to cancel. Charged full amount at time reservation was made instead of initially charging only a small percentage with remainder charged at time of checkout from parking lot, as is done on parking lot website.

GBParking Panic We thot my son had completed parking n… We thot my son had completed parking n 1-nite stay, but I, the lil’ ol’ non-techno lady, got an email saying oooops, u didn’t finish- u have 24 hrs. I texted #1 Son who said “Nah, everything’s ok”, but… I tried using the link, but I couldn’t make any sense of it. PANIC BUTTON! Then I saw a phone number and Corey at the front desk very kindly and gently transferred me to Cheryl in the parking office. Cheryl was amazing! She told me I wasn’t technologically disabled, I shouldn’t say that, she had such a great laugh, she put me at ease, and she walked me through the link and now my darling n I have one night at the Radisson and six nights of parking. Thank you for being so kind and warm and helpful. Such a relief, I tell ya!
