Their response is basically this "Upon checking the restrictions of your ticket by our ticketing department. Cancellation for refund and changes are both not permitted to your ticket." After speaking to the airline, they tell you to contact them since you booked the ticket with them and they're the only ones capable of making changes to the ticket. You get the run around and nothing happens, complete waste of time and money. Worst experience ever. Never book with them as you will be risking loosing all your money. No refund, No credit, no Travel voucher.
