She was amazing in reaching out to Qatar Airlines to get us a waiver and help us rebook at no additional coat to us. I will absolutely book with ScholarTrip again.

She showed remarkable patience and expertise as I navigated multiple changes to my international flights. Not only did she meticulously research alternative flights and airports to ensure seamless connections, but she also had to liaise with other airlines as ScholarTrip is a third-party service. Despite the potential 24-hour response time, Ms. Fiel managed to provide me with updates within just an hour or so. Her dedication and efficiency truly made a world of difference for me. I will continue to use ScholarTrip for my future travel plans.

It was very stressful, but the team at ScholarTrip were very accommodating, and kept on it with the airlines until it got resolved. They were able to get us on an even better (direct) flight than our original flight. Their persistence, quick responses to our phone and email communications, and pleasant personalities really helped us through a difficult time. I would highly recommend them!
