GBJoselle Joselle, the person who helped me was wonderful! She was very pleasant to work with and provided excellent communication and status updates throughout the several-day process of canceling a reservation. I have found it to be quite rare to work with a customer support person who actually does what they say they will when they say they will do it and Joselle was exceptional in this category!

GBRico was patient and very helpful Rico was patient and very helpful. I'm not sure what it was that was making the payment process so slow to confirm, But Rico helped me make sure I was able to request a wheel chair and he helped forward my itinerary to a secondary email.

GBThey offer zero help & NO SOLUTIONS They offer zero help & NO SOLUTIONS. Terrible customer service. Their response is basically this "Upon checking the restrictions of your ticket by our ticketing department. Cancellation for refund and changes are both not permitted to your ticket." After speaking to the airline, they tell you to contact them since you booked the ticket with them and they're the only ones capable of making changes to the ticket. You get the run around and nothing happens, complete waste of time and money. Worst experience ever. Never book with them as you will be risking loosing all your money. No refund, No credit, no Travel voucher.
