GBApril and Nicole were fantastic April and Nicole were fantastic. Our daughter's flight was cancelled to Europe the day before she was supposed to fly out. It was very stressful, but the team at ScholarTrip were very accommodating, and kept on it with the airlines until it got resolved. They were able to get us on an even better (direct) flight than our original flight. Their persistence, quick responses to our phone and email communications, and pleasant personalities really helped us through a difficult time. I would highly recommend them!

GBThey offer zero help & NO SOLUTIONS They offer zero help & NO SOLUTIONS. Terrible customer service. Their response is basically this "Upon checking the restrictions of your ticket by our ticketing department. Cancellation for refund and changes are both not permitted to your ticket." After speaking to the airline, they tell you to contact them since you booked the ticket with them and they're the only ones capable of making changes to the ticket. You get the run around and nothing happens, complete waste of time and money. Worst experience ever. Never book with them as you will be risking loosing all your money. No refund, No credit, no Travel voucher.

GBDONT BOOK WITH SCHOLAR TRIP! They sold us 2 tickets with allowance for 3 pieces of luggage each. When we got to the counter to check in,the airline insisted that the ticket only allowed for 2 pieces/passenger. I called Scholar Trip and they took responsibility for the mistake. They told me to pay for the extra luggage and send them a copy of the receipt and they would reimburse me. It's been over 4 months and I have yet to receive a refund! Every time I call I get a runaround. Also, the airline canceled the return flight for the trip and they're making it impossible to rebook. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and book with anyone else!
