Rip off I don’t even give them a 1 rating. They totally tried to rip us off. We had booked a trip (8 of us) & supposed to travel November 11th 2023. One of the travelers name was wrong. Her last name was in the middle name position & her middle name was in her last name position on the ticket reservation. When I called to change it (after 45 min) I was told that it would cost 600.00 & she wouldn’t be allowed to fly at the airport unless it was changed. Obviously I told them they were crazy. We called directly to United airline & they happily changed it at no cost. Talk about taking advantage.

Customer Service was extremely helpful Customer Service was extremely helpful and understanding. They listened to my issue and request for a refund and provided me with a fair solution. In the future I will be calling customer service as now I belive that they would help me solve any issue.
