A complete scam A complete scam. DO NOT PURCHASE. I bought 2 passes and only attended one. The other attractions were fully booked and an event was happening for the Riley's Aquarium. We thought, no problem we'll go another day, only problem is CityPASS hid the fact that you have to use the tickets within 9 days so when we rescheduled our visit, it was too late. Never again!

NYC 2022 We purchased the CityPASS upfront after reading reviews on many different types of advanced tickets. We were not disappointed. We used the CityPASS for Top Of The Rock (Rockerfeller), The Empire State, 9/11 Memorial, Circle line sightseeing cruise and the American Museum of Natural History. We booked each activity in advance and did almost no queuing in New York. I would definitely recommend CityPASS and I will use them again in my future trips to NYC.

Family Oriented Attraction for less Purchased a City pass while we are at Toronto. Best and cheapest attraction ticket you could ever find with lots of choices. CN tower, Casa Loma, Aquarium and museums (science or ontario) and zoo are all family oriented attraction. My kids enjoyed the aquarium and the science museum particularly. Worth your money. And even if you only visited 2 attraction you got you money back. You could also purchase extra for the CN tower (citypass for the CN tower is the basic entry) you can purchase extra ticket to get to the extra top. We have enjoyed citypass.

Questionable customer service and value is lacking Many issues with this service. It would do them better to actually have service at each site and reconsider their Ts & Cs than automatically send you their terms and refuse a refund outright. After my complaints, I did receive a partial refund from sickness, but this should not be such a hard thing to fight for. I am raising their marks to 3*. They need a lot more work and I'd be hesitant in suggesting them as a supplier but at least they did respond.

New York with family - great value and easy to use! I purchased the City Pass for my summer vacation with my family and used it during my stay in New York. I was able to book the attractions on line easily and saved about 30%, overall. The access to the attractions with my reservations went smoothly and we enjoyed everything we had booked. Would (and did) recommend 100%. I will surely use it again on future trips.
