Bad weather day I bought tickets to different venues in New York City. Due to cancellations with Airlines I was not going to be able to attend some of the attractions and the staff at City Pass helped me rebook for another day. Job well done!

City pass not worth the savings if something goes wrong We were disappointed that the city pass is not covered by the same assurances as if you buy directly from the provider. I would say that the money you save through the city pass is not worth the lack of customer care of something goes wrong. Having a city pass feels like you fall through the cracks.

Excellent experience with citypass Despite the fact I was always asked if I had booked prior to getting into the venues, the process was smooth and literally the barcode was just scanned and we were in. Fortunately, I didn't book any of the attractions as I went out of season and this wasn't necessary. We didn't get to go to the zoo as this is quite far out of the city and we ran out of time. We did do the other 4 attractions though and really enjoyed them all. Not sure how much each individual attraction cost but I think citypass is very reasonable.

Value for money and easy to use Worth it if planning to cover the attractions in the list. Simple and easy to use. Would be good if I didn't have to contact customer service as I had an instance where the agent didn't read/understand the question about the inability to book the Cruise and answered something :-) The issue got resolved anyway. Happy days!

Ordered passes online for Chicago with… Ordered passes online for Chicago with ease. Attractions have special shorter line for City Pass holders. Price included features that would cost extra if ticketing at the door. Overall very good experience. Will look for City Pass again when touring other cities.
