Would be good if I didn't have to contact customer service as I had an instance where the agent didn't read/understand the question about the inability to book the Cruise and answered something :-) The issue got resolved anyway. GBBad weather day I bought tickets to different venues in New York City. Due to cancellations with Airlines I was not going to be able to attend some of the attractions and the staff at City Pass helped me rebook for another day. Job well done!

RUHello Hello! I have had a delightful experience of using CityPass in NY before. Visiting Russia, it’s two largest cities Moscow and St. Petersburg (Peter as called by locals) I found out there was this feature too. So I purchased both Moscow CityPass and St. Petersburg CityPass. What I got were dozens of free admissions and other perks including restaurant discounts, which minimized my expenses greatly. I had a blast with the visit! Russia Citypass - live long and prosper, I am soo coming back.

SGVery convenient Purchase was smooth and easy, booking time slots in advance online etc using the passes was also smooth and easy other than the egregiously long ticket number that must be entered to book stuff. It was super convenient to use as the destinations had a special queue for citypass holders and they just scan your ticket and done. For us, we essentially didn't have to queue at all. Overall a good and convenient way to enjoy tourist attractions, and save some money too.

GBNYC 2022 We purchased the CityPASS upfront after reading reviews on many different types of advanced tickets. We were not disappointed. We used the CityPASS for Top Of The Rock (Rockerfeller), The Empire State, 9/11 Memorial, Circle line sightseeing cruise and the American Museum of Natural History. We booked each activity in advance and did almost no queuing in New York. I would definitely recommend CityPASS and I will use them again in my future trips to NYC.
