Never again Never again! I made reservations last night for trip to Boston for what I thought was a great discount. I get a call this morning stating that, if I'm flexible with dates and times I can get the same rate. The price I paid is for standby tickets! They should state that you are purchasing standby tickets if that is the case. The new tickets made with another airlines cost $200 more, but I agreed. Then they want me to give them a code from my bank. No one has ever asked me to give them a code from my bank. They already received my credit card information. Then, after I refused to give them the bank code, told them to cancel the transaction, I see that the transaction is being processed by my bank. I'm going to double check with the airlines that these tickets are legitimate. I do not trust them and I would not recommend them.

Flights I reserved United flights for on the Faresplanet website. Later same day I received a phone call from Max Hopper of Faresplanet during which she told me that United had no discounted fares in December, but Delta was offering 60% discounts. I accepted that word and made the Delta reservations suggested by Max. So far, the service is excellent.
