First time user, outstanding experience I had never heard of Faresplanet, but they had cheaper airfare than other discount websites for the flights I wanted. When the booking fell through due to overbooking, Faresplanet gave me a better flight for the same price. Very happy with their service. Cynthia Wilson was the agent I worked with. Excellent experience. Would use again.

Avoid this Company Their policy states you need to cancel flight reservations at least 24 hours prior to your departure or else ticket has no refund value. My reservation is for December 15,2022 and I initially called November 29,2022, I was told someone would call me back but that didn't happen. I called again on December 3rd and was told that's not their policy for a refund so I asked about changing reservations for a different date however they wanted $200 more. Please avoid this company at all cost.

Flights I reserved United flights for on the Faresplanet website. Later same day I received a phone call from Max Hopper of Faresplanet during which she told me that United had no discounted fares in December, but Delta was offering 60% discounts. I accepted that word and made the Delta reservations suggested by Max. So far, the service is excellent.

Cynthia Wilson Cynthia Wilson, customer service representative for Faresplanet provided outstanding service and support as I tried to find the best airfare for my upcoming trip to Sioux Falls, SD. The trip requires me to exchange planes on the trip out and the trip back. Ms. Wilson ensured I will not have lengthy layovers and found me an upgrade to business class on one of the legs of my trip. I truly appreciate the service and care Ms. Wilson provided and I will use Faresplanet again. I recommend others consider Faresplanet for their travel arrangements, they will get a great deal!
