I finally decided to go with a Travel agency "Fareplanet". Whereupon, Cynthia Wilson was my concierge. She is outstanding. A good listener, sympathetic to the needs, calm and quite knowledgeable. After she got my reservations and E-tickets; she did a follow-up to make sure I had my seats assigned. Again thank you Cynthia Wilson!!! You Rock.......

Avoid this Company Their policy states you need to cancel flight reservations at least 24 hours prior to your departure or else ticket has no refund value. My reservation is for December 15,2022 and I initially called November 29,2022, I was told someone would call me back but that didn't happen. I called again on December 3rd and was told that's not their policy for a refund so I asked about changing reservations for a different date however they wanted $200 more. Please avoid this company at all cost.

He’s customer service was fabulous! We had so many issue with this trip and Max Hopper guided me through so well that I could have a satisfying customer service. He was very calm and very polite, tried to give us best options as possible. I will definitely book on Faresplanet again.

First time user, outstanding experience I had never heard of Faresplanet, but they had cheaper airfare than other discount websites for the flights I wanted. When the booking fell through due to overbooking, Faresplanet gave me a better flight for the same price. Very happy with their service. Cynthia Wilson was the agent I worked with. Excellent experience. Would use again.

Maxed to the Max!! Max was great to work with. He continued working until he got a super good price for me. He then followed up and made sure I have his name and phone incase of any difficulties. I highly recommend asking for Max Hopper to purchase your next airline ticket.
