We booked our flight to New Orleans… We booked our flight to New Orleans using Faresplanet and were pleased with the service we received booking our plane tickets. Max Hopper was the representative that helped us and he was a pleasure to work with. He called multiple times during the process to make sure all of our questions were answered and that our purchase was completed successfully.

Flights I reserved United flights for on the Faresplanet website. Later same day I received a phone call from Max Hopper of Faresplanet during which she told me that United had no discounted fares in December, but Delta was offering 60% discounts. I accepted that word and made the Delta reservations suggested by Max. So far, the service is excellent.

Noah Parker was fantastic and very… Noah Parker was fantastic and very helpful. Helped us make the changes we needed for our trip and stayed with us the while time to confirm and make sure the changes happened and we were all.set to go.
