We booked our flight to New Orleans… We booked our flight to New Orleans using Faresplanet and were pleased with the service we received booking our plane tickets. Max Hopper was the representative that helped us and he was a pleasure to work with. He called multiple times during the process to make sure all of our questions were answered and that our purchase was completed successfully.

He’s customer service was fabulous! We had so many issue with this trip and Max Hopper guided me through so well that I could have a satisfying customer service. He was very calm and very polite, tried to give us best options as possible. I will definitely book on Faresplanet again.

Zero Integrity!! Zero Integrity!! This company will never deserve 5 star reviews. The 1 star review or if possible, lower is better: How do you advertise a fare, then call within the hour or so to tell that the fare has gone up or seats are no longer available. Yet on the website, it still shows the same price and number of seats available, one would think it is a scamming operation in effect here.
