First time user, outstanding experience I had never heard of Faresplanet, but they had cheaper airfare than other discount websites for the flights I wanted. Quick and Professional Experience Travel agent was quick to respond to my booking. I missed their initial call, and when called back they were busy and associate said they would call me back. The callback came pretty quickly and the agent was very clear on the booking and how to proceed from there.
