First time user, outstanding experience I had never heard of Faresplanet, but they had cheaper airfare than other discount websites for the flights I wanted. When the booking fell through due to overbooking, Faresplanet gave me a better flight for the same price. Very happy with their service. Cynthia Wilson was the agent I worked with. Maxed to the Max!! Max was great to work with. He continued working until he got a super good price for me. He then followed up and made sure I have his name and phone incase of any difficulties. I highly recommend asking for Max Hopper to purchase your next airline ticket.

When I attempted to purchase an airline ticket online, there was an issue with it that I didn't know about. They called me within minutes of my placing the order online. They helped me find the right airfare and ticket I needed. They also followed up to make sure I'd reviewed my trip plan. I will purchase airline tickets through them as much as possible for future travle.

Zero Integrity!! Zero Integrity!! This company will never deserve 5 star reviews. The 1 star review or if possible, lower is better: How do you advertise a fare, then call within the hour or so to tell that the fare has gone up or seats are no longer available. Yet on the website, it still shows the same price and number of seats available, one would think it is a scamming operation in effect here.
