First time user, outstanding experience I had never heard of Faresplanet, but they had cheaper airfare than other discount websites for the flights I wanted. When the booking fell through due to overbooking, Faresplanet gave me a better flight for the same price. Very happy with their service. Cynthia Wilson was the agent I worked with. Quick and Professional Experience Travel agent was quick to respond to my booking. I missed their initial call, and when called back they were busy and associate said they would call me back. The callback came pretty quickly and the agent was very clear on the booking and how to proceed from there. I got my ticket confirmation with preferred seating within the expected time, and I'm looking forward to my trip!

Never again Never again! I made reservations last night for trip to Boston for what I thought was a great discount. I get a call this morning stating that, if I'm flexible with dates and times I can get the same rate. The price I paid is for standby tickets! They should state that you are purchasing standby tickets if that is the case. The new tickets made with another airlines cost $200 more, but I agreed. Then they want me to give them a code from my bank. No one has ever asked me to give them a code from my bank. They already received my credit card information. Then, after I refused to give them the bank code, told them to cancel the transaction, I see that the transaction is being processed by my bank. I'm going to double check with the airlines that these tickets are legitimate. I do not trust them and I would not recommend them.
