Quick and Professional Experience Travel agent was quick to respond to my booking. I missed their initial call, and when called back they were busy and associate said they would call me back. The callback came pretty quickly and the agent was very clear on the booking and how to proceed from there. I got my ticket confirmation with preferred seating within the expected time, and I'm looking forward to my trip!

Maxed to the Max!! Max was great to work with. He continued working until he got a super good price for me. He then followed up and made sure I have his name and phone incase of any difficulties. I highly recommend asking for Max Hopper to purchase your next airline ticket.

Never again Never again! I made reservations last night for trip to Boston for what I thought was a great discount. I get a call this morning stating that, if I'm flexible with dates and times I can get the same rate. The price I paid is for standby tickets! They should state that you are purchasing standby tickets if that is the case. The new tickets made with another airlines cost $200 more, but I agreed. Then they want me to give them a code from my bank. No one has ever asked me to give them a code from my bank. They already received my credit card information. Then, after I refused to give them the bank code, told them to cancel the transaction, I see that the transaction is being processed by my bank. I'm going to double check with the airlines that these tickets are legitimate. I do not trust them and I would not recommend them.
