Never again Never again! I made reservations last night for trip to Boston for what I thought was a great discount. I get a call this morning stating that, if I'm flexible with dates and times I can get the same rate. The price I paid is for standby tickets! They should state that you are purchasing standby tickets if that is the case. The new tickets made with another airlines cost $200 more, but I agreed. Then they want me to give them a code from my bank. No one has ever asked me to give them a code from my bank. They already received my credit card information. Then, after I refused to give them the bank code, told them to cancel the transaction, I see that the transaction is being processed by my bank. I'm going to double check with the airlines that these tickets are legitimate. I do not trust them and I would not recommend them.

Working with Max Hopper at Faresplanet… Working with Max Hopper at Faresplanet was very beneficial. When I attempted to purchase an airline ticket online, there was an issue with it that I didn't know about. They called me within minutes of my placing the order online. They helped me find the right airfare and ticket I needed. They also followed up to make sure I'd reviewed my trip plan. I will purchase airline tickets through them as much as possible for future travle.
