Flights I reserved United flights for on the Faresplanet website. Later same day I received a phone call from Max Hopper of Faresplanet during which she told me that United had no discounted fares in December, but Delta was offering 60% discounts. I accepted that word and made the Delta reservations suggested by Max. So far, the service is excellent.

I finally decided to go with a Travel agency "Fareplanet". Whereupon, Cynthia Wilson was my concierge. She is outstanding. A good listener, sympathetic to the needs, calm and quite knowledgeable.
