I am irritated that a person who cannot read the small print and expects special treatment moans about losing their voucher and even refuses to extend for a fee less than the voucher amount. the bad report has unfairly reduced offpeakluxury's overall score by 33% as only three posts have been made. Amazing value and a lovely stay! Highly recommended! I was a bit sceptical, as we managed to get a deluxe room, with a 3 course meal and breakfast for as much as the room alone direct. But I was soon put to ease with the friendly communication after booking, confirming details. We were able to bring our dog and had a beautiful lake view room. Our meal was lovely too. I'd definitely use again. Thank you.

Really great deal that couldn't be beaten I had a really great deal that included a nights stay at the Lion Quays Hotel, prosecco and muffins on arrival, entrance to spa (normally £35) and a delicious three course meal in the evening; and breakfast! I did compare prices directly and this deal couldn't be beaten. I've left a review because I was worried it was too good to be true and reading some of these reviews convinced me to book. Glad I did!

So helpful and human!! Booked a great value stay through offpeakluxury but then got ill at the last minute. These guys did everything they could to help in a difficult situation, when the amendment/cancellation period had ended. Highly recommend them! Very helpful and do what they can 👍🏼😃
