I can not fault Offpeakluxury. I can not fault Offpeakluxury at all! I do tend to book the same hotel break at The Orestone Manor which has a fabulous Gourmet Escape deal, the only problem with hotel is it's quite difficult to book a twin room. This is where the excellent customer service at Off Peak Luxury step in and regardless of how many emails it takes, ensure the correct room is booked. Every customer service lady I have been in contact with has been very helpful and friendly and I can safely say they actually care! Not all companies have the same standards.

First class service from hotel & Country breaks We firstly dealt with Steve at the Wood Norton Hotel who was very helpful and agreed to upgrade our room complimentary, which we thought was very generous. Then Mary looked after the booking and this lady was exceptional to say the least, as nothing was too much trouble.

I have not had my break yet I have not had my break yet, though booked. I am irritated that a person who cannot read the small print and expects special treatment moans about losing their voucher and even refuses to extend for a fee less than the voucher amount. the bad report has unfairly reduced offpeakluxury's overall score by 33% as only three posts have been made. I will be posting my report after my stay, this one is to balance the issue. Regards. Whatsisname.

Superb communication and problem solving I was trying to use One4All vouchers as part of my purchase, and having had issues on line the Customer Service team were great and helped me secure the booking I wished. It took a week to resolve, however they kept me up to date and did a great job of resolving the issue. Without the complication of the vouchers this would have been smooth sailing. I'm glad that Clare who I first spoke to on 12th May was the person who was finally able to sort the order out too, a week later.

5 stars not enough Excellent friendly service; the lady was most knowledgeable and helpful and we look forward to our three night break at Billesley Manor hotel. Hopefully it, and Stratford on Avon, will not disappoint. Breakfast included plus one evening meal and a bottle of wine at a very reasonable price. Will review again after the event but sounds good so far.
