Rip off company don't use If I could leave 0 star I would booked a birthday trip away but unfortunately have caught COVID. Tried to cancel even though its within cancelation period to be told I have to pay the admin charge. Sent my PCR results showed my isolation period ends the day after I am suppose to go to the hotel but still will not refund me all my money. Disgusting company making money off people when they can't attend through no fault of thier own. Shall I just attend then and make everyone else sick absolutely disgusting

Really great deal that couldn't be beaten I had a really great deal that included a nights stay at the Lion Quays Hotel, prosecco and muffins on arrival, entrance to spa (normally £35) and a delicious three course meal in the evening; and breakfast! I did compare prices directly and this deal couldn't be beaten. I've left a review because I was worried it was too good to be true and reading some of these reviews convinced me to book. Glad I did!

Superb communication and problem solving I was trying to use One4All vouchers as part of my purchase, and having had issues on line the Customer Service team were great and helped me secure the booking I wished. It took a week to resolve, however they kept me up to date and did a great job of resolving the issue. Without the complication of the vouchers this would have been smooth sailing. I'm glad that Clare who I first spoke to on 12th May was the person who was finally able to sort the order out too, a week later.

Booked a 'so called' Luxury one night… Booked a 'so called' Luxury one night stay at Charingworth Manor for my birthday but the room and service were terrible. The bedroom floor was wet and there was a leak coming from the under the floor in the bathroom. To make matters worse the Hot tub was cold and then after the maintenance man adjusted it was then dangerously high (40) so was still unusable. Just when we thought nothing else could be wrong, my wife was having a shower when the shower rail fell down on her while she was opening it after a shower! When complaining to OffPeakLuxury they just referred me to the hotel who did not want to issue a refund. By using OPL to book it appears to make it more difficult to complain or get a refund.

The service was prompt and efficient The service was prompt and efficient. The only niggle was having to downgrade because of bringing our dog and not being offered an appropriate discount. We fully appreciate that the gift voucher was for a more expensive room, but, having doubled its value by booking a second night, we would have expected to pay the lower room rate for that second night.
