I cannot get rid of the default I cannot get rid of the default , that only lets me see itinerary for the 2nd destination for 3 days, I want 7 nights for the 2nd destination. also, how do you view the price or get confirmation of anything?? no number to call.... or make specific tailored custom changes??? not user friendly, disrupts my confidence level with triptile.

The best first trip across the pond! This experience was more than I could ask for. It was our first ever trip outside the U.S and the booking process was so easy! I love the way the site is set up to allow you full control of selecting your hotels, transfers, and experiences. It's so user friendly and all the small details were there to find and any questions I had outside of that the agents quickly responded via the message chats. After everything was booked, the team was there to answer any additional questions, make additional arrangements and kept us in the loop about any changes. They were quick to respond and so very friendly and helpful. They were even able to arrange a transfer to one of our destinations not listed. Our trip to Ireland was 11 days of pure relaxation and excitement. Our drivers were so friendly and knowledgeable, arrived on time and just made the whole trip worry free. We had zero issues as everything was seamlessly arranged. We will definitely be using triptile/ (Firebird tours) again and again for our next trips.

Experience Was VERY Good Experience was VERY good. Interface seemed to be a bit challenging at times but once understood was relatively easy to use. And in the end the places we booked (that were presented to us) turned out to be what we expected. The only issue we had, and I think we'd have less issue/anxiety in the future if we did a similar itinerary logistically, is the explanation on some of the train tickets and schedules as well as the private transfers. Finally, it would be nice if you could book flights through Triptile but absolutely will not be a deterrent next time we use it.
