Not family friendly It took forever to confirm. When calls were missed, the agent was very rude. The party was on two separate reservations, making it difficult for boarding. The return trip did not have the infant under the passenger. It was quite the headache.

Very poor service Tried to book a flight with these people and when they were told they were too high and I hung up the phone my phone then blew up literally 20 times. When I picked up the phone they wouldn't answer and just kept redialing me to be annoying. I will never ever do business with this company and I highly recommend no one else does either very poor customer service. This edit is due to the inability to reply any other way. Rose Wilson as I appreciate you replying and apologizing for your representatives lousey ethic I had to block your number as it was the only way to stop the calls. Calling you back would be a mistake so just research your database and you will see multiple outgoing calls to the same number on the date this review was posted.

Bumpy start but very smooth landing I found the initial process of dealing with Hot Flight Deals to be very confusing and in large part that is my fault. I didn't research and I wasn't sure how it worked. I had a flight booked, or so I thought, only to find out I didn't and needed to spend more money. Robbin came in towards the middle of my experience and did everything he could to help me. Answered calls, emails frequently and was generally very wonderful.

They totally bait their customers! They totally bait their customers!! I booked a flight on their site for 157 which is pending until ticketed; hoped I was getting a deal since my research was showing flights around 200+. I get a call a day later saying the specific time + airline I booked only had 1 seat left and it was 700. A HUGE difference from what was listed on their site. They tried to give me other cheaper options which were lower airlines, and still almost double the 157 listing on their site. When I called them out, I received a rude toned explanation about how agencies work. I have worked with travel agencies before, so understand price can change. But NEVER that steep of a difference from the listing on their site. They should reflect pricing closer to what current pricing is. I feel duped and frustrated. They won't be getting my business.
