Bumpy start but very smooth landing I found the initial process of dealing with Hot Flight Deals to be very confusing and in large part that is my fault. I didn't research and I wasn't sure how it worked. I had a flight booked, or so I thought, only to find out I didn't and needed to spend more money. Robbin came in towards the middle of my experience and did everything he could to help me. Answered calls, emails frequently and was generally very wonderful.

It would be great to have the fares… It would be great to have the fares that are first seen on the web site and not hearing that it's overbooked and need to pay more. Ms Solaris helped me through the process and did the follow up once things where finalized, which made it a little less frustrating.

The flights that I wanted were no… The flights that I wanted were no longer available at the advertised price. My customer service representative was very kind and helpful, but she couldn't do anything about the pricing. I ended up paying double what I was originally told despite the fact that the lower price continued to be advertised for another week. Very nice staff, very poor company policies.
