Have always had a great experience when… Have always had a great experience when dealing with Lola agents. My only issue is that not every itinerary shows my bosses loyalty program # and therefore I cannot confirm that the points are being applied. As my boss has notified me that not every Jetblue trip has been registered. Is there a better way to make sure all Loyalty points are being applied? SD - Renovia Inc

Amazing customer service! My experience with Lola was amazing. Not only was it super easy to browse and book flights/hotel accommodations but the customer service is the real highlight. I had to cancel my reservations / flights and within a short period of time my Lola agent was able to refund my hotel and credit my flights for future travel.

Love it! The customer service and accuracy MAKES this work. The response time for chats is critical and I love never having to wait. My issues are solved with chat agents. Love it. If I ever do have a problem or request, it is solved and my expectations are met. Perfect for business use.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. They answered within minutes on the online chat and helped me with my booking. Also when I was having issues with my payment they contacted me to see how can they help. Really helpful!! The app is friendly, and very easy to navigate in. You receive an email with every change on your flights, so you won't have further issues

This should be a beta My company implemented Lola... the problem is that the tool simply doesn’t work most of the time. The fares that Lola finds are consistently more expensive than what’s available on the airline’s own websites, without offering any extra flexibility. Many flights that I can find elsewhere are not available. The hotel booking tool is possibly worse. It crashes all the time, does not allow you to search flexible rates without clicking through every single hotel, and is just super super slow. The only positive thing is that their support chat is really fast and competent.
