Customer Service is Great Customer Service is Great! I have used Lola at a few companies and the best advantage is that it tracks your individual frequent flier info but you can charge to a company card. So much better than booking on your own. I love their customer service. I had a really tough situation with an airline and Lola was able to solve it.

Lola is awesome! I love the convenience of using Lola. It is a great way to travel hassle free- and if there is any issues or if I need to change a reservation last minute the helpful staff are always quick to respond and resolve my issue for me.

Amazing customer service! My experience with Lola was amazing. Not only was it super easy to browse and book flights/hotel accommodations but the customer service is the real highlight. I had to cancel my reservations / flights and within a short period of time my Lola agent was able to refund my hotel and credit my flights for future travel.
