We made lots of suggestions of hotels we wanted instead of what was in the package. We asked for more upscale on some and to downgrade on others. They were a big help on the transportation and transfers needed

PACIFIC RECOMMENDED LE MERIDIEN AS A 5… PACIFIC RECOMMENDED LE MERIDIEN AS A 5 START HOTEL AND IT WAS NOT, FOOD WAS AWFUL, THEY CALLED THEM SELF FRENCH BUT NOT CLOSE, PACIFIC SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THAT THE DRINKING WATER, & SODA WAS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PACKAGE AND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAID SEPARATELY, EVEN THOUGH THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, THE HOTEL IT SELF WAS NOT

10 years Anniversary trip to Moorea / Bora Bora We booked our 10 years Anniversary trip to Moorea/Bora Bora and Valerie was super amazing, helpful, answered all our questions from beginning to the end, we booked from Canada so dealing with a travel agent from the States, we were a little worried at first but Valerie made our trip very enjoyable. We had a little issue at Bora Bora and again she was right on it. Thank you, Valerie, for making our trip extra special, we will surely book again with you!
