Recommended travel agency! Our travel agent was Valerie G. She was GREAT! Her email responses were timely, she offered reasonable and fair packages, she was super flexible with our itinerary changes, and she was patient and nice throughout the whole process. She made our trip to Bora Bora wonderful and memorable. This was a great experience I'd recommend to many friends!

PACIFIC RECOMMENDED LE MERIDIEN AS A 5… PACIFIC RECOMMENDED LE MERIDIEN AS A 5 START HOTEL AND IT WAS NOT, FOOD WAS AWFUL, THEY CALLED THEM SELF FRENCH BUT NOT CLOSE, PACIFIC SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THAT THE DRINKING WATER, & SODA WAS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PACKAGE AND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAID SEPARATELY, EVEN THOUGH THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, THE HOTEL IT SELF WAS NOT

Poor planning and service They did plan the trip and all parts went as scheduled. The issue is that they did not ask if we would like better accommodations some of the hotels were in less than optimal areas and lower end hotels. The flight times were red eye flights and may have been the only option but the return flight was the biggest issue, the scheduled shuttle dropped us at the airport 3 hours before it opened which forced us to sit outside in a poor area they should have alerted us and we may have scheduled a dinner then the airport So review the itinerary and question each part, are there better options and what is the wait between segments

wonderful experience! Highly recommend! Working with PacificIslands to plan our honeymoon was the best experience! Christian helped me from day one with her expertise and enthusiasm! She answered all my questions in a timely manner! Our trip was perfect, start to finish! While we were on our honeymoon every shuttle was on time with our name, every activity was special! I would highly recommend Pacific Islands and Christian to help plan your next getaway!

Pacific Resorts Rarotonga and Aitutaki… Pacific Resorts Rarotonga and Aitutaki were terrific, accommodations on lagoon/beachfront were very nice, particularly the beachfront villa at Aitutaki. The staffs are extensive, cover all bases and are very hard working. Breakfasts (included in our booking) were delicious. The Rarotonga Safari Tour was a good way to experience the interior of the island (and all the food growing !) and learn something of the culture from our trusty guide. The Vaka cruise on Aitutaki was fun. Both tours included a great meal featuring native foods. Booking the trip through Elena Parshuto in Los Angeles went very well.
