GBSecond Pacificislands Experience This is my second vacation using pacificislands. Both times I have had very kind and helpful travel specialists to ensure my vacation goes smoothly. This last time, our flight was cancelled and the next available flight was not until 3 days later. Valerie answered each and every phone call that I made to her. She quickly arranged for our vacation to be moved (flights/hotels/food, etc) within a reasonable amount of time. She processed the new itinerary (new dates, flights, etc) very quickly. She was also extremely kind and patient throughout the whole process. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

They were sure to send follow-up emails right away when there were any changes made to our scheduled activities. They were also great at searching for different flight options that would work with our schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GBNon-responsive regarding trip Booked a trip to Fiji, Bora Bora, Tahiti & NZ over a year ago, which was planned and cancelled August 2020. It is December 27, 2020 and we have still not received a refund of ANY sort and they are unresponsive. We have not been given answers or any information on reality of when and how much we will be refunded. We were initially told to expect full refund in 90 days, which was October. We are extremely disappointed and very unhappy with the events that have occurred. We understand the problems faced due to the pandemic but a simple response with factual information would be appreciated. We are unable to move forward with the purchase of a house & other major life things without our refund. Their disconcern and lack of response is extremely aggrivating. The trip cancellation was known of over 6 months ago.
