Excellent Customer Service We had excellent customer service through the whole process of booking our vacation package to the day we boarded our flight. All questions were answered in a short period of time. We believe we made a good decision booking with Pacific Islands. Would recommend to everyone.

Booked a trip to Bora Bora for mid… Booked a trip to Bora Bora for mid April, 2020. Its July and we have still not received a refund and they are unresponsive and not giving us any information on when and how much we will be refunded. It is very concerning.

Staff were extremely professional and… Staff were extremely professional and responded to emails quickly. They were sure to send follow-up emails right away when there were any changes made to our scheduled activities. They were also great at searching for different flight options that would work with our schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Non-responsive regarding trip Booked a trip to Fiji, Bora Bora, Tahiti & NZ over a year ago, which was planned and cancelled August 2020. It is December 27, 2020 and we have still not received a refund of ANY sort and they are unresponsive. We have not been given answers or any information on reality of when and how much we will be refunded. We were initially told to expect full refund in 90 days, which was October. We are extremely disappointed and very unhappy with the events that have occurred. We understand the problems faced due to the pandemic but a simple response with factual information would be appreciated. We are unable to move forward with the purchase of a house & other major life things without our refund. Their disconcern and lack of response is extremely aggrivating. The trip cancellation was known of over 6 months ago.

Pacific Resorts Rarotonga and Aitutaki… Pacific Resorts Rarotonga and Aitutaki were terrific, accommodations on lagoon/beachfront were very nice, particularly the beachfront villa at Aitutaki. The staffs are extensive, cover all bases and are very hard working. Breakfasts (included in our booking) were delicious. The Rarotonga Safari Tour was a good way to experience the interior of the island (and all the food growing !) and learn something of the culture from our trusty guide. The Vaka cruise on Aitutaki was fun. Both tours included a great meal featuring native foods. Booking the trip through Elena Parshuto in Los Angeles went very well.
