Poor planning and service They did plan the trip and all parts went as scheduled. The issue is that they did not ask if we would like better accommodations some of the hotels were in less than optimal areas and lower end hotels. The flight times were red eye flights and may have been the only option but the return flight was the biggest issue, the scheduled shuttle dropped us at the airport 3 hours before it opened which forced us to sit outside in a poor area they should have alerted us and we may have scheduled a dinner then the airport So review the itinerary and question each part, are there better options and what is the wait between segments

We booked via PacificIslands.com and hit a snag with our last hotel, unacceptable customer service experience. We booked via PacificIslands.com and hit a snag with our final hotel in Bora Bora. Not only could they not do much for us, but also directed us to their local subsidiary in Bora Bora who told us we needed to handle the situation with the hotel manager and that they would not help. I would triple check all the details coming from these packages before booking with these folks. Other than that, the flights and other hotels were fine.

Recommended travel agency! Our travel agent was Valerie G. She was GREAT! Her email responses were timely, she offered reasonable and fair packages, she was super flexible with our itinerary changes, and she was patient and nice throughout the whole process. She made our trip to Bora Bora wonderful and memorable. This was a great experience I'd recommend to many friends!

10 years Anniversary trip to Moorea / Bora Bora We booked our 10 years Anniversary trip to Moorea/Bora Bora and Valerie was super amazing, helpful, answered all our questions from beginning to the end, we booked from Canada so dealing with a travel agent from the States, we were a little worried at first but Valerie made our trip very enjoyable.
