Pacific islands did a great job booking… Pacific islands did a great job booking our trip. Make sure you get the level of hotels you want. We made lots of suggestions of hotels we wanted instead of what was in the package. We asked for more upscale on some and to downgrade on others. They were a big help on the transportation and transfers needed

Great prices and service, until you CANCEL! This company is great to book a trip with but heaven forbid you actually need to cancel they you get the run arounds. First, I email to cancel and they take 2 business days to tell how much I actually get back. Then I have to give them another formal email to cancel the trip and they say that it will take about a week to relieve the check. What they didn’t tell me is that it takes a week to process the refund, THEN a week to receive the check. It has been over two weeks (still without a refund) and I have to inquire each time for a follow up. Very frustrating and waiting for a form of compensation due to the delay.

Perfect! My husband and I were trying to plan our dream honeymoon without breaking the bank. I contacted multiple agents telling them what we were looking for. We booked via PacificIslands.com and hit a snag with our last hotel, unacceptable customer service experience. We booked via PacificIslands.com and hit a snag with our final hotel in Bora Bora. Not only could they not do much for us, but also directed us to their local subsidiary in Bora Bora who told us we needed to handle the situation with the hotel manager and that they would not help. I would triple check all the details coming from these packages before booking with these folks. Other than that, the flights and other hotels were fine.
