Unbelievable rate for Las Vegas I was redirected to this site from Kayak, price for LVH hotel was so much cheaper than advertised major site prices.. Thought it was a scam.. But at this price i was willing to take the chance and dispute my credit card after if necessary.. Received my email voucher promptly. Called hotel directly to confirm reservation.. All in order.. Great room on high floor with great views...industry colleagues also staying but at 4 times the price.. Will use this site again.

Gazumped by one of the Olotels offered We booked and paid for the Thistle hotel last November in Glasgow for the forthcoming commonwealth Games. Months later Olotels contacted us to say the Hotel had reneged on the booking. Naturally as the CG's approached the rates in Glasgow have gone sky high and most hotels are already full. So far no satisfactory resolution. In my view, the Thistle Hotel should honour its original commitments and Olotels should insist on this as part of their contract. The Olotels call centre staff are excellent.

olotels saved me a bundle I was very skeptical about buying an all-inclusive weeklong stay in Jamaica from an unknown vendor in Hong Kong. Reading the online reviews had me terrified. I emailed Couples Swept Away to ask if they would match the olotels advertised price. The reservationist replied that they have a price match policy, but she would not approve my request because she had never heard of olotels.com. She offered me a room rate similar to the rate advertised by the established online retailers. I went ahead and booked the trip with olotels.com and saved $1,120. There were no hitches with the reservation when we arrived in Negril.

Had a problem Great Customer Service I booked with Olotels an Hotel in Madrid. Unfortunately due to illness I was unable to go to this trip and Olotels after proving the illness gave me a full refund. I was impressed with this the level of their customer service and the speed they resolved the issue. Thumbs up will definately use them again.

Strange behaviour 4th of february booked hotel in Thailand, Karon. 10% payed as requested. rest should be payed 15th. Nothing is charged, support doesnt answer emails.
