Don't book via this website, you only get disappointed For our vacation in Scandinavia, we have booked two hotels through Olotels. Since we travel with our nine year old son, we arranged for a room with extra bed in both hotels. Both hotels said at check inn that the booked Olotels rooms were not suitable for this purpose and could only be corrected by the additional payment of an upgrade at check in. After returning we have sent two complaint emails towards Olotels but until now no response from them. My reservation numbers are 7093343 and 7092451 (as proof of my actual booking)

HIghly recommended :) Clean and bright bedroom with and fully equipped with basic amenities such as coffee/tea making facilities. Front desk officers are friendly and can communicate well in English. They are knowledgeable and are able to advise on transportation, metro and etc. Hotel is accessible via the Airport Shuttle. Highly recommended for both individual traveller as well as family.

olotels saved me a bundle I was very skeptical about buying an all-inclusive weeklong stay in Jamaica from an unknown vendor in Hong Kong. Reading the online reviews had me terrified. I emailed Couples Swept Away to ask if they would match the olotels advertised price. The reservationist replied that they have a price match policy, but she would not approve my request because she had never heard of olotels.com. She offered me a room rate similar to the rate advertised by the established online retailers. I went ahead and booked the trip with olotels.com and saved $1,120. There were no hitches with the reservation when we arrived in Negril.

Fast, efficient and a great deal I'd never used Olotels.com before mainly using LateRooms for years - had tried other sites but always ended up using LateRooms This is the first time I have been tempted elsewhere - found hotel where we wanted at an extremely good rate - all document sent quickly no problems at all. A fast, smooth easy transaction. Olotels will certainly be one of my first stops when next looking. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

Lovely and very clean I found the hotel (holiday inn express Brum)to be clean and very well presented. The rooms were a very good size and I would use again. Didn't get to take full advantage of facilities, I.e the tv and just general chilling as I stayed over after a wedding that went on into the early hours. Breakfast was lovely although if your after a full breakfast of bacon and tomatoes etc chucked in aswell then you will be disappointed, having said that I enjoyed what I had and thought that the breakfast area was spacious and clean. I would recommend to friends and family and would defiantly stay again.
