The reservationist replied that they have a price match policy, but she would not approve my request because she had never heard of olotels.com. She offered me a room rate similar to the rate advertised by the established online retailers. I went ahead and booked the trip with olotels.com and saved $1,120. There were no hitches with the reservation when we arrived in Negril.

Reliable Service Arrived Dubia, taken to Winchester Deluxe as per your itinerary, but was incorrect hotel, the booking was with Wnichester Grand (sister hotel). Staff service was excellent and we took all our meals at the hotel - excellent. Room was comfortable. All in all we were taken care of very well and subject to getting a good deal again, we will go there again.

Fears relieved! It worked! We received a call from the fraud department of our bank today to confirm that we'd made a purchase from France. We became a little concerned about our reservation after that and after reading some of Olotels reviews. The money has not come out of our account yet, but I called the hotel just now and they DO have our reservation! Yea! We are hoping this helps someone else out there, who's a little concerned about booking through Olotels.

Fast, easy and no issues. Not only did Ototels find a cheap rate at Bally's Atlantic City, the reserved room was marked Luxury. While Checking in, the reservation included a code the front desk never saw before. While she spoke to her manager, I thought, "I'm getting screwed because I used an unfamiliar booking site. It turns out the code UPGRADED my stay to a double luxury room. Go Ototels. Very happy.
