Wonderful from start to finish! We booked a hotel in Madrid using Olotels which provided a great deal. Within minutes of the booking we received the confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel everything was as per our reservation and we were given a great room. We will use Olotels again in our future trips.

AFFORDABLE BOUTIQUE STYLE FOR A GREAT PRICE !!!! Dear Reader, This place you have just got to see !! Its up there with your posh modern boutiquey hotels, but without the price tag.!! Our room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate. We expected similar to other express hotel/lodges we've been to , BUT, bing bong, So Wrong. Very classy ,and, an en suite to die for. Breakfast room is ultra white, ultra modern. So what are you waiting for.

Unbelievable rate for Las Vegas I was redirected to this site from Kayak, price for LVH hotel was so much cheaper than advertised major site prices.. Thought it was a scam.. But at this price i was willing to take the chance and dispute my credit card after if necessary.. Received my email voucher promptly. Called hotel directly to confirm reservation.. All in order.. Great room on high floor with great views...industry colleagues also staying but at 4 times the price.. Will use this site again.

Gazumped by one of the Olotels offered We booked and paid for the Thistle hotel last November in Glasgow for the forthcoming commonwealth Games. Months later Olotels contacted us to say the Hotel had reneged on the booking. Naturally as the CG's approached the rates in Glasgow have gone sky high and most hotels are already full. So far no satisfactory resolution. In my view, the Thistle Hotel should honour its original commitments and Olotels should insist on this as part of their contract. The Olotels call centre staff are excellent.

Fears relieved! It worked! We received a call from the fraud department of our bank today to confirm that we'd made a purchase from France. We became a little concerned about our reservation after that and after reading some of Olotels reviews. The money has not come out of our account yet, but I called the hotel just now and they DO have our reservation! Yea! We are hoping this helps someone else out there, who's a little concerned about booking through Olotels.
