Just as good as any other hotel booking internet agency I found it thought another search engine and all the process in the shopping was fine. I used Olotels to book a hotel in Paris with was a reasonable price for what are the prices there, although it was a bit far from the centre. Olotels lack a way to give opinions about the hotels, so I read opinions elsewhere, but it had the best price.

Great service, simple to use I booked a hotel stay in Malaga through olotels.com. I was a relative novice to booking accommodation in this way but was delighted with the simple, fast and efficient service. I also got a better deal with this site than others I had browsed. After booking, I had to change my dates by 1 day and again this was no problem. They emailed the revised booking details very quickly and refunded the extra day that I had originally paid for immediately. On arrival at the hotel, everything was in order and we had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely use olotels.com again.

olotels saved me a bundle I was very skeptical about buying an all-inclusive weeklong stay in Jamaica from an unknown vendor in Hong Kong. Reading the online reviews had me terrified. I emailed Couples Swept Away to ask if they would match the olotels advertised price. The reservationist replied that they have a price match policy, but she would not approve my request because she had never heard of olotels.com. She offered me a room rate similar to the rate advertised by the established online retailers. I went ahead and booked the trip with olotels.com and saved $1,120. There were no hitches with the reservation when we arrived in Negril.

Gazumped by one of the Olotels offered We booked and paid for the Thistle hotel last November in Glasgow for the forthcoming commonwealth Games. Months later Olotels contacted us to say the Hotel had reneged on the booking. Naturally as the CG's approached the rates in Glasgow have gone sky high and most hotels are already full. So far no satisfactory resolution. In my view, the Thistle Hotel should honour its original commitments and Olotels should insist on this as part of their contract. The Olotels call centre staff are excellent.
