CHHIghly recommended :) Clean and bright bedroom with and fully equipped with basic amenities such as coffee/tea making facilities. Front desk officers are friendly and can communicate well in English. They are knowledgeable and are able to advise on transportation, metro and etc. Hotel is accessible via the Airport Shuttle. Highly recommended for both individual traveller as well as family.

GBA little shaddy, customer service is nonexistant, in the end great prices During the booking process the cancelation policy never loaded. After waiting five minutes I went directly to the hotel's website and figured the policy would be the same (small fee for canceling prior to 24 hours). When I paid, learned that the policy was total refund for canceling. When I brought this disparage of policies to Olotels customer service I was put into an endless loop of auto responses. I stayed at the hotel, so the cancelation policy wasn't an issue. The price was very good but the room you get will be one lesser rooms. In my case, the room had a bad view, required traveling in two elevators and walking under the street in a tunnel. The room was nice and since I didn't spend a lot of time there except for sleep (and it was quiet), the bad didn't matter much.

GBLovely and very clean I found the hotel (holiday inn express Brum)to be clean and very well presented. The rooms were a very good size and I would use again. Didn't get to take full advantage of facilities, I.e the tv and just general chilling as I stayed over after a wedding that went on into the early hours. Breakfast was lovely although if your after a full breakfast of bacon and tomatoes etc chucked in aswell then you will be disappointed, having said that I enjoyed what I had and thought that the breakfast area was spacious and clean. I would recommend to friends and family and would defiantly stay again.

GIHad a problem Great Customer Service I booked with Olotels an Hotel in Madrid. Unfortunately due to illness I was unable to go to this trip and Olotels after proving the illness gave me a full refund. I was impressed with this the level of their customer service and the speed they resolved the issue. Thumbs up will definately use them again.

GBFears relieved! It worked! We received a call from the fraud department of our bank today to confirm that we'd made a purchase from France. We became a little concerned about our reservation after that and after reading some of Olotels reviews. The money has not come out of our account yet, but I called the hotel just now and they DO have our reservation! Yea! We are hoping this helps someone else out there, who's a little concerned about booking through Olotels.
