Don't book via this website, you only get disappointed For our vacation in Scandinavia, we have booked two hotels through Olotels. Since we travel with our nine year old son, we arranged for a room with extra bed in both hotels. Both hotels said at check inn that the booked Olotels rooms were not suitable for this purpose and could only be corrected by the additional payment of an upgrade at check in. After returning we have sent two complaint emails towards Olotels but until now no response from them. My reservation numbers are 7093343 and 7092451 (as proof of my actual booking)

A little shaddy, customer service is nonexistant, in the end great prices During the booking process the cancelation policy never loaded. After waiting five minutes I went directly to the hotel's website and figured the policy would be the same (small fee for canceling prior to 24 hours). When I paid, learned that the policy was total refund for canceling. When I brought this disparage of policies to Olotels customer service I was put into an endless loop of auto responses. I stayed at the hotel, so the cancelation policy wasn't an issue. The price was very good but the room you get will be one lesser rooms. In my case, the room had a bad view, required traveling in two elevators and walking under the street in a tunnel. The room was nice and since I didn't spend a lot of time there except for sleep (and it was quiet), the bad didn't matter much.

Had a problem Great Customer Service I booked with Olotels an Hotel in Madrid. Unfortunately due to illness I was unable to go to this trip and Olotels after proving the illness gave me a full refund. I was impressed with this the level of their customer service and the speed they resolved the issue. Thumbs up will definately use them again.

Fast, easy and no issues. Not only did Ototels find a cheap rate at Bally's Atlantic City, the reserved room was marked Luxury. While Checking in, the reservation included a code the front desk never saw before. While she spoke to her manager, I thought, "I'm getting screwed because I used an unfamiliar booking site. It turns out the code UPGRADED my stay to a double luxury room. Go Ototels. Very happy.
