GBAVOID….. AVOID….. I went directly through the airline for compensation and have since been contacted by airadvisor asking to pay an invoice of €60. I did it on my own hence why Ryan air paid directly into the account. I Don’t take kindly to being threatened with court action or receiving emails asking for payment. Luckily I’ve got our previous chat where I clearly state I’ll be contacting airline directly. I never sent any further correspondence with this company in regards to MY claim with Ryan air.

GBExcellent Service! Very pleased with how quickly my claim was dealt with. Great that they have a 'Chat' service you can message with virtually instance responses. You receive an email letting you know you have a message and it links you straight through to your Claim. They keep you up to date via email so you know the status of your claim. My refund was paid into my bank within 24hrs of being settled! You can choose the currency you want it paid in too. Definitely recommend Airadvisor to handle a claim.

ESYou will pay extra I have claimed my rescheduled flight with Airline and then with AirAdvisor. The airline responded promptly and fast and resolved the issues. 3 months later Air Advisor started with daily emails threating with court action and asking for payment for something they didn't do. The emails became quite violent and abusive. Another illegal thing in the EU, they don't let you completely delete your account on their website. Definitely a NO. All in all bad experience with their unprofessional customer service.
