You will pay extra I have claimed my rescheduled flight with Airline and then with AirAdvisor. The airline responded promptly and fast and resolved the issues. 3 months later Air Advisor started with daily emails threating with court action and asking for payment for something they didn't do. The emails became quite violent and abusive. Another illegal thing in the EU, they don't let you completely delete your account on their website. Definitely a NO. All in all bad experience with their unprofessional customer service.

Which ties you to these particular airlines. But with AirAdvisor you get money straight into your bank account. Very convenient and very quick. Very professional work Thank you very much.
