GBIt's been over 2 years since I filed It's been over 2 years since I filed a claim with them and I still have not had any updates. I can no longer do it on my own as they will not close my case, even though it is well beyond the timeframe. I am disappointed in the customer service, as the responses I get always just say "there is a delay due to how busy the courts are" but no real update. I would love to just remove myself from the case but I can't. It would have been easier to do it myself, but I had not expected it to take more than 2 years to get a flight claim.

ESYou will pay extra I have claimed my rescheduled flight with Airline and then with AirAdvisor. The airline responded promptly and fast and resolved the issues. 3 months later Air Advisor started with daily emails threating with court action and asking for payment for something they didn't do. The emails became quite violent and abusive. Another illegal thing in the EU, they don't let you completely delete your account on their website. Definitely a NO. All in all bad experience with their unprofessional customer service.
