I'm sure doing it through the airlines customer service would be more complicated. And they only offer a voucher for you to use when you book your next ticket. Which ties you to these particular airlines. But with AirAdvisor you get money straight into your bank account. Very convenient and very quick. Very professional work Thank you very much. GBIt's been over 2 years since I filed It's been over 2 years since I filed a claim with them and I still have not had any updates. I can no longer do it on my own as they will not close my case, even though it is well beyond the timeframe. I am disappointed in the customer service, as the responses I get always just say "there is a delay due to how busy the courts are" but no real update. I would love to just remove myself from the case but I can't. It would have been easier to do it myself, but I had not expected it to take more than 2 years to get a flight claim.

GBExpected to get back more, but good service otherwise Quick service and the money got transferred very quick - I am happy with that. However the payout did not cover even half of the claim I made (I do not take fee into account, that's only fair). So I would probably try different company next time.
