GBOur experience with SmarterTravell was… Our experience with SmarterTravell was great, however the Hotel experience was not as good. This facility is exceptionally over priced for the accommodations they provide. The $700+ per night rooms was only big enough for the bed with no room to move around, we got a room with a trash dumpster view as they were completely sold out. We will not stay at this facility again and I recommend all to stay at other options in the area.

GBWe used Smarter Travel to book a hotel… We used Smarter Travel to book a hotel reservation for last week. We stayed at the hotel one night and had to cancel the second night since my husband was in the hospital. I emailed Smarter Travel asking for a refund for the second night due to a medical emergency. Terri one of the customer service specialists at Smarter Travel was wonderful. She answered my email right away and took the necessary steps in getting me my refund. She followed up several times throughout the process. Smarter Travel is lucky to have Terri on their team and Smarter Travel was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them. Norma
