US$15 restocking fee is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee! $15 restocking fee for returns....I guess the 100% return guarantee only goes so far. Will not order anything again from this outfit, will stick to Amazon or others that offer free returns on merch that must be seen to completely decide on a purchase. Disclosed, however missed it when I ordered and returned. Very dissatisfied after talking with them.

US$15 return fee for new items is… $15 return fee for new items is completely unreasonable today. The ordered item didn’t meet my expectations so now I have to pay a fee that isn’t charged anywhere else for new items with tags? Stay away from buying a small item here because they charge $15 to return anything.

USLuggage Pros is an exceptional online… Luggage Pros is an exceptional online store. They have legitimately some of the best prices on high end luggage. I chose two Eagle Creek bags to replace some well worn LL Bean duffels as our primary travel bags. The order included one bag that was out of stock but they quickly contacted me to offer me a substitute. I was very happy with how customers are number one with this company. I will continue to shop here and encourage my friends/family to do the same.

USThe best customer service anywhere! Luggage Pro has a great selection at reasonable prices. But most of all, I have been impressed with the remarkable customer service! I got a personal phone call within 48 hrs with an answer to my questions. Plus a response by email.
