High Quality Product I purchased a backpack for my high school son. The quality is far superior to any he's had. He was using an Eddie Bauer backpack and had it replaced after nine months because the zipper broke. The second backpack also ripped after less than a year of use. The Samsonite backpack seems to be heavier duty material and better quality and is larger so everything fits. The backpack arrived two days after purchase. I'm very happy with the overall experience with Luggage Pros.

Perfect waist pack Leather waist pack was exactly what I wanted for my dog walking hikes in the mountains, but can & will wear it in town also. The tan leather is really pretty & soft- have worn it daily for a month in rain, snow & below zero weather- it looks like new. Love it & plan to buy another in a different color.

As a requirement for becoming a flight… As a requirement for becoming a flight attendant, there is a long list of requirements in the luggage that is needed to be purchased. I went with one that was highly recommended by other flight attendants and the airline company I was hired by. LuggagePros had the best deal on the one I needed. Both pieces arrived within 3 days, brand new in boxes with originally packaging. Their customer service was prompt in helping when my card kept declining as well. I would 100% order from this company again when needed.

Only reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping cost. Most places don't charge for shipping over $35. Otherwise, recommend Luggage Pros.

Amazingly Fast Service When my trusty 30 in Samsonite Silhouette (aka Big Red) gave up the ghost after many years of years, I did my research and decided I wanted to replace it with the Delsey Chatelet Air 2.0 Trunk Spinner.
