Most of the positive reviews on here appear to be written by LuggagePro's team of marketing bots. What a scam. Update: 2.5 weeks after my initial order with 3-day shipping, I received the correct bag. An email to the CEO got my shipping fee refunded. My rating still stands.

$15 restocking fee is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee! $15 restocking fee for returns....I guess the 100% return guarantee only goes so far. Will not order anything again from this outfit, will stick to Amazon or others that offer free returns on merch that must be seen to completely decide on a purchase. Disclosed, however missed it when I ordered and returned. Very dissatisfied after talking with them.
