Amazingly Fast Service When my trusty 30 in Samsonite Silhouette (aka Big Red) gave up the ghost after many years of years, I did my research and decided I wanted to replace it with the Delsey Chatelet Air 2.0 Trunk Spinner. I was about to buy it from a major retailer when I found Luggage Pros was offering it at a substantially better price. I placed the order on Sunday night and it was delivered Tuesday morning. What fast service! I look forward to using this suitcase but until then, will admire its style and beauty.

Reasonable Price and Great Service Ordered twice from Luggage Pros and was extremely satisfied with service and purchase. Prices were reasonable and shipping was fast. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping cost. Most places don't charge for shipping over $35. Otherwise, recommend Luggage Pros.

$15 restocking fee is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee! $15 restocking fee for returns....I guess the 100% return guarantee only goes so far. Will not order anything again from this outfit, will stick to Amazon or others that offer free returns on merch that must be seen to completely decide on a purchase. Disclosed, however missed it when I ordered and returned. Very dissatisfied after talking with them.
