Reasonable Price and Great Service Ordered twice from Luggage Pros and was extremely satisfied with service and purchase. Prices were reasonable and shipping was fast. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping cost. Most places don't charge for shipping over $35. Otherwise, recommend Luggage Pros.

As a requirement for becoming a flight… As a requirement for becoming a flight attendant, there is a long list of requirements in the luggage that is needed to be purchased. I went with one that was highly recommended by other flight attendants and the airline company I was hired by. LuggagePros had the best deal on the one I needed. Both pieces arrived within 3 days, brand new in boxes with originally packaging. Their customer service was prompt in helping when my card kept declining as well. I would 100% order from this company again when needed.

Great selection and lowest prices Luggage Pros had all of the brands and models of luggage that we were looking for. Their website was well laid out with comparable items and lots of images for each of the pieces that we shopped for. But we ended up purchasing from Luggage Pros because they had the lowest prices (it would appear that they almost always have some additional discount code as well). We ended up purchasing 3 pieces of Travel Pro Crew 11 and oddly, only one of them included expedited free shipping. The other two had free shipping that took ~6 days to arrive. Products were exactly as expected and in perfect condition upon arrival. I will definitely be a return customer.

On the main page On the main page, my item reported a $30 rebate, but this was not applied at checkout. Customer service was not available, even by live chat. When I got my bag a few days later, it was the wrong bag with the wrong color. Despite calling customer service "during business hours", I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. Most of the positive reviews on here appear to be written by LuggagePro's team of marketing bots. What a scam. Update: 2.5 weeks after my initial order with 3-day shipping, I received the correct bag. An email to the CEO got my shipping fee refunded. My rating still stands.

Perfect waist pack Leather waist pack was exactly what I wanted for my dog walking hikes in the mountains, but can & will wear it in town also. The tan leather is really pretty & soft- have worn it daily for a month in rain, snow & below zero weather- it looks like new. Love it & plan to buy another in a different color.
